Our Service Users

Cascade Care is a specialist provider of community-based mental healthcare and rehabilitation for service users requiring high levels of care and support, many of whom are received on step down to supported living from secure hospital or prison.

We currently have 12 residential homes and supported living units in London and Essex, including two female units, and are always seeking to develop and expand our services.

We provide 24/7 specialist mental healthcare for men and women aged from 18 to 65 with a lead mental health diagnosis, whose condition may be made more complex by:

  • a forensic background
  • a learning disability
  • drug or alcohol misuse
  • Korsakoff’s syndrome, a brain disorder usually associated with heavy alcohol consumption over a long period.

The well-being, recovery and rehabilitation of each service user are at the heart of everything we do at Cascade.

Our person-centred, problem-solving approach to forensic mental healthcare enables us to focus on each individual’s needs and interests and nurture their recovery, rehabilitation and journey towards move-on in a caring and therapeutic environment.
