Established in 1997 with a single Home in North London, Cascade has continued to grow, year on year. As an expanding group, we are committed to widening our service provision in community-based offender healthcare, seeking at all times to work in strategic partnership with County Councils, Foundation Trusts and PCTs to identify gaps in current provision and deliver sound alternatives to hospitalisation or custodial sentences for low risk service users.

This leads to new Homes being opened in areas of under provision and other new community based mental healthcare services being developed to provide continuity of care for all service users.

As an organisation, we continually strive for professional excellence and to exceed the expectations of our professional partners. Over and above the high standards of care required by CQC we benchmark our performance against the KPIs of Purchasers themselves, and regularly invite Commissioners to validate the quality of our service provision and identify areas for improvement.
